Qualifications / Requirements

• 5+ years of investor relations, and business development experience

• Demonstrated success in a strategic investor relations function, including having successfully helped to develop and implement projects and strategies that have delivered results

• Impeccable interpersonal skills, including the proven ability to communicate both orally and in writing, including the dissemination of financial performance and related information

• Ability to stay organized and thrive in an extremely fast-paced environment

• Are passionate and knowledgeable about Web3.0, DeFi, Blockchain and crypto

• Have experience working with public companies

Responsibilities

• Help develop and implement a proactive investor relations strategy and program, ensuring that the company’s business strategy, products, and progress is understood by the investment community

• prepare key messages and presentations to communicate the company’s progress and performance to key internal and external stakeholders

• Identify and recommend investment and industry conferences for the company to be present

• Support the development of the investor relations team through owning core initiatives, including website management, ownership and targeting analyses, consensus modeling, valuation analysis, and more

• Communicate with Investment Dealers, Research Analysts, Industry Analysts, and Investors (Retail and Institutional)

• Develop presentation slideshows for investor conferences and meetings

• Participate and assist in investor presentations and meetings

• Contribute to the development of all press releases including quarterly earnings releases and quarterly conference calls
