Inside Account Manager – Business Financing

Our client is a financial services company and right now they are looking for an Inside Account Manager.  The company offers a catalog of commercial loan services, including: merchant cash advances, business lines of credit, SBA loans, equipment leasing, unsecured revenue-based financing, and more. 

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Professional Bilingual Fluency (English and Spanish)
  • Office hours of Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm
  • Experience in business to business sales
  • Experience in financial services, real estate, or related industries
  • Possessing a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Must be highly organized and able to multitask
  • Results-driven and self-motivated
  • Effective communication skills both written and verbally

Responsibilities

  • Following up consistently with warm inbound leads (no cold calling)
  • Assessing client needs and providing best financial solution for them
  • Gather the documents to approve clients for a business loan
  • Enter detailed information regarding client statuses within the company CRM
  • Achieve established sales quotas based on funding volume
  • Provide excellent customer service to company clients, investors, and partners
  • Build a team of your own sales agents and earn commission on their deals
  • Review your client pipeline on a daily basis and ensure you maintain consistent follow-up
  • Comply with new company initiatives per changes implemented by management
