Marketing Account Manager (JN -052022-4871)
As an Account Manager, you’ll be given the opportunity to help grow, scale and manage a variety of digital media clients in a unique industry. In this role you will work with advertisers to understand their needs and scale their media buys. You’ll directly support all operational needs both pr- and post-launch with training and guidance from the Senior Director, Client Services & Ad Operations.
This is an amazing opportunity for an account manager or a junior ad ops professional looking to grow into a more client facing and strategic role in a unique industry.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Proficient with Microsoft office, particularly Excel
• Proven track record of exceeding client expectations with superior account management
• Strong understanding of general digital media marketing/advertising concepts and methods
• Ability to work on several competing priorities, displaying critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• 2-5 years of professional experience at a media, job board, tech or digital marketing company, within a client facing role preferred
• BA/BS degree
Responsibilities
• Learn and thoroughly understand Connexus’s business model and objectives, including our array of product offerings, and being able to effectively apply it through internal and external interactions
• Manage end-to-end life cycle of all advertising campaigns, from onboarding to post-campaign analysis
• Support day‐to‐day client interactions
• Proactively find and create new strategic relationships
• Perform daily analysis of key performance metrics to track and monitor campaigns while ensuring goals are met
• Think outside the box when executing campaign strategy, targeting, and optimization; identify areas for scale and growth within accounts
• Obtain performance metrics from clients to reconcile delivery and billing
• Pull internal reports and assist in client reporting
• Clearly communicate the progress of campaigns to clients and internal stakeholders
