Reporting directly to the Head of Enterprise Service Delivery located in Miami, you will be responsible for the actions to ensure the stable and secure operation of the organization’s IT Security solutions.
The responsibilities include from selecting until implementing, monitoring, operating and evolving IT Security solutions and platforms. The primary location is Panama, but we are open to review multiple locations such as: Guatemala, El Salvador, Bolivia, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Paraguay.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • 10 years of experience with IT governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) management in a large global environment.
  • Fluently in English
  • Strong technical background in application security, data protection, access management, endpoint protection and management, asset and configuration management, network security.
  • Working knowledge of: M365, Windows, SCCM, MDM, Azure AD, AWS / LDAP Directories and native AD Tools / AD Trust/ Kerberos Delegation. / ServiceNow, NIST CSF, ITIL, DevSecOps.
  • Experience in API / Web Service Integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with Java/J2EE, Python, PowerShell.
  • Experience with SOAP and RESTful web services architectures.
  • Good understanding of RBAC and ABAC fine grained entitlement, 2FA solutions and SOX 404 requirements including scoping, process mapping, documentation and remediation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate fluently, working in a multicultural environment.


  • Plan, Install, Configure, test and support security software e.g, endpoint management, and protection, data security, application security.
  • Maintain cloud, network, application, database, and device security.
  • Perform root-cause analysis on recurring technology caused events to identify unmitigated risks and areas for control enhancements.
  • Support ServiceNow platform such as integrations, workflow changes.
  • Ensure compliance requirements (e.g., SOX) are met through development,  implementation, testing, executing and review of IT controls.
  • Work with internal and external partners and suppliers to ensure all IT Security solutions, systems and service requirements are met.
  • IT Operations, BSD, CSD, GISO, ISO, Risk Management, Audit, Compliance, and key vendors.


  • More than 10 years of relevant professional background in a telecommunication, Service integration company or in a Tech company preferred.
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), CompTIA Security+. CISA, CISM, or CRISC preferred.
