Sales Support Specialist (JN -012022-4662)

You will be responsible for communicating with customers and vendors alike via phone and/or email, supporting new sales of machinery and parts, logistics, purchasing and other aspects of daily operations. The position will be in the company’s headquarters located in Miami, Florida.

The company provides packaging machinery solutions for Shrink Sleeves, Flexible Packaging, Pouches and Tape Multipacks. Through a combination of company-owned manufacturing facilities and strategic manufacturing ventures, we offer a wide range of innovative converting and packaging machines for converters as well as brands and copackers. Our client has support facilities in USA, Europe and Asia, and as part of growth and commitment to business has recently opened a new Technology and Service Center in Miami, Florida.


Qualifications / Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 3 to 5 years working in a customer service/sales capacity in English and Spanish.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Microsoft Word, etc) is required.

• Ability to efficiently multitask through high volumes of emails and phone calls to support internal and external customers is essential to succeed in this role.

• Must have ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• Flexibility to adapt to fast changing demand in operations.


• Generating new sales from existing customers by actively reaching out and promoting upgrades, maintenance parts for their equipment.

• Support daily operation tasks such as processing new orders, purchasing, logistics, shipping, etc.

• Communicating requests to customers and vendors worldwide.

Education / Training

High School Diploma required; college preferred.

You will need to demonstrate ability in the following skills:

• Bilingual (English and Spanish)
